We accept Visa and MasterCard for all online, fax, and phone orders.
We will not charge your card until the products are shipped to you.
You may order 24 hours a day by fax or online. Customer service is
available
by phone Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm.
Guarantee
We sincerely hope you enjoy the products and atmosphere you find at
Poet's Garden and poetsgarden.com. If for any reason you are displeased
with your purchase, you may send it back to us within two weeks in the
original packaging for a full merchandise refund. Please call for return
address and authorization. Returns without authorization are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, we are unable to credit shipping charges.

We ship our orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery services. We will
make every effort to ship your products as soon as we receive your
order. If for some reason your order will be delayed we will make
every effort
to keep you informed and send it as soon as possible. Our shipping
charges are calculated for the continental US. Please contact us
for shipping
rates to Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not ship internationally.
